Focus—Instant Try on the first screen, self-onboarding, and shortening the path “sign-up → setup → pay → usage” through frequent incremental releases and measurable decisions. Result: registrations +65%, TTV 5.8→2.1 min, D7 +9 pp, MRR +37%
HeySMS is a SaaS SMS platform. I led a team of 2 designers and, together with the Product Owner and analysts, brought the product to profitability. I shipped a full redesign that had been stalled for six months due to prolonged processes and low-quality deliverables. The redesign increased trust and made the brand stand out among competitors. I also pushed and implemented AI-driven ideas to reduce support load (auto-replies, guidance, ticket classification). Results: registrations +58%, self-onboarding 30%→82%, support inbound −37%, MRR +41%, payback <3 months.

Amega is a trading platform. I led end-to-end product design—landing, web app, client area, and admin. Proposed and added Trading Signals and Copy Trading tools. Contributed to marketing campaigns by creating concepts and creatives. Results: higher engagement and trader conversion
FinU
FinU is a LATAM neobank: money transfers and incoming payments, online/offline bill pay, investments and CFD trading, plus a marketplace (air tickets and partner services). I acted as CDO: designed the product and design system from scratch, co-developed business processes with the PO, led partner negotiations and integrations (payment providers, trading platform, marketplace), and contributed to marketing creatives. Launched and put on a growth trajectory
iGaming
An iGaming project with a set of simple games: Tickets (lottery-style), Wheel, Crash, and MyGame (friend-versus-friend in private rooms). I handled design and branding and contributed to narrative and gameplay logic. Signature mechanic I proposed — Creator Rooms: streamers open rooms, invite their audience, and play together on stream, driving organic growth and engagement. Platforms: web and mini-apps; additionally, a webview-wrapper distributioninside a host app was used for App Store presence (technical details and store-compliance specifics are not disclosed in the portfolio)
